EZ Flycaster Lines are available in three sizes. They are the 1/8 oz, 1/4 oz, and 3/8 oz., all in floating. They are shown in the picture below. These three sizes cover a broad range of fishing strategies for fresh and salt water, including small dry and wet flies for trout, and up to streamers and Charlies for bonefish.
1/8 oz., 18 inches long for use on avg. ultralight with 4 to 6# test casting line. For size 12 and smaller dry and wet flies, 1/180 oz micro jigs or smaller, size 10 and smaller nymphs with shot and indicator and for size 10 and smaller streamers and poppers. Average cast of 50 to 60 feet for bream, trout and other small fish,
1/4 oz., 23 inches long for use on light spinning with 6 to 10# test casting line. For size 10 and smaller dry and wet flies, 1/128 oz micro jigs and smaller, and size 10 and smaller nymphs with med. shot and indicator. And for size 6 and smaller streamers and poppers. Casts up to about 70 feet for trout, bass, and light saltwater.
3/8 oz. 23 inches long for use on medium spinning outfit with 10 to 12# test casting line. For size 2 to 6 streamers, poppers, Clousers, and Charlies. Size 2-8 salmon/steelhead flies. Casts 75 to 100 feet for stripers, blues, bonefish, redfish, bass, trout, salmon, and steelhead.
